The old logo throve through wide-spaced type crowned by a stylized tower. The new logo concept catches this spirit, dismisses the industrial calligraphic details and is jazzed up by establishing an interchangeable key visual element. Drawn in a loose airy style, it captures the practised sweeping gestures Scala chefs decorate plates with.
